How Do I Help?
I start with a data audit, reviewing KPI’s and primary data. We then discuss goals and objectives and I create a short marketing strategy document which is agreed as a means to deliver growth. I then collaborate with the marketing team and senior stakeholders to deliver on these goals. I effectively operate as a CMO with a flexible contract so that clients can clearly align value with the investment.
